Abstract

How can small colleges/universities have undergraduate students conduct "graduate"like research when many of the departments are already stretch to the limits? This paper addresses the problems associated with small departments and student research, a way to enhance the research experience at a small college/university, a students experience with undergraduate research and finally lessons learned while doing undergraduate research.
