Fuzzy Expert Systems (FESs) are used in different applications based on soft reasoning (not classical hard decision) methods similar to human approximate reasoning. In this paper, we present a Web-based FES that can assist in determination of whether a child has a learning problem. Javaservlets, JDBC, and Oracle are used to implement the Web-based FES successfully.
