Grabiec proved an analogue of Banach contraction theorem in fuzzy metric spaces by using a fuzzy version of Cauchy sequence. Some authors continued their work in the same direction of Grabiec. Our aim in this paper is to discuss the difference between two different type of Cauchy sequences used in the literature to prove fixed point theorems in fuzzy metric spaces.
