We resent a Personalized Health Information Generation and Delivery System thatleverages case based reasoning techniques to dynamically author a Personalized HealthInformation Package based on an individual 's current health rofile.The work features acompositional adaptation approach,whereby relevant health information elements from thesolution component of multiple similar past cases are carefully selected and systematicallycombined to yield a new ersonalized health information ackage.We have im lemented ageneric Java-based case based reasoning engine that applies a novel compositionaladaptation algorithm to author a HTML-based ersonalized health information package thatcan be emailed to users.
