Designers of interactive computer-based artefacts need tospecify their products with respect to both the artefact'sexternal behaviour and to its internal one. In order tomanage the complexity of the design and theimplementation process, we introduce a 3D InteractionModelling Space that takes into account the differentlevels at which the computer internal activities, themessages on the screen, and the user activities arespecified. Multilevel modelling helps to consistentlydesign and implement interactive systems.
