Abstract

This paper describes extensions made to an interactive report generator (ADRS2) written in APL, to handle multiple files, and specifically relational data bases, while still preserving its well-tested user interface. The user interface, the implementation and the application area of this extension are discussed. The method can be adapted to other interactive report generators written in APL.
