Recent conferences on future technology have lead to dreaming of the “perfect” on-line documentation system for the paperless office. This panel discussion on Using the New Technology will present specifications for one such “perfect” system. The audience will be invited to consider what changes and improvements they would make. The object of this exercise will be to encourage someone to build and market such a system. Similar systems already exist but they are less than “perfect”.
