Abstract

This paper looks into the legal andadministrative frameworks governing thedifferent aspects of using IT as a medium and atool in production of health care services. Theadministrative framework is described from thepoint of view of the status quo in Finland. Theissues are elaborated by a discussion of anumber of legal aspects and a short descriptionof normative insights from actors in the healthcare production collected through a survey.
