Abstract

While the Internet offers a favorable interconnectionmedium, security issues are still crucial to its development.One major problem that limits the increased use of securityprotocols is the sharing related issues. In this paper,we propose a solution, as part of a complete architecture,to enable geographically separated administrators to agreeon a common dynamic security policy.
