Abstract

This work presents a timed constraints capture method that uses Timed Petri netsfor systems written in OCCAM in the context of Hardware/Software partitioning. We present a method for translation of occam programs into timed Petri-nets as well as a time analysis method in the context of hardware/software partitioning. The time analysis allows the capture of the execution time of processes and sub-process, which are used in the hardware/software partitioning process.
