(2)Universit Via Allende (3)Odyssey Research Associates We present a visual language for the high level specification of authorization policies in automated environments. In order to accomplish the task, the visual language needs to provide an intuitive way to specify complex security concepts. We propose a visual language, using the Calendar-Form-Lock metaphor, to efficiently handle high level security policies and low level security details. Moreover, the visual language can manage both temporal and spatial relations, as required in authorization modeling.
