Abstract

Inspection is one of the most important issues in manufacturing. A new inspection technique depending on implicit polynomial modeling is introduced in this paper. The method is suitable for 20 and 30 free form object tolerance inspection. The method is extremely robust, fast and suitable for parallel processing.
