We present key portions of a method for automatic analogfault diagnosis for unpowered circuit boards. Our work consistsof two major parts: (1) test point selection and (2)stimuli selection for diagnostic test generation. For testpoint selection, we propose an efficient graph-based algorithmachieving a desired level of diagnosibility. The stimuliselection algorithmuses a cost function derived fromthe sensitivitymatrix to select test stimuli and thus avoids expensivecircuit simulation. Experimental results of several industrialcircuits show that our method is time efficient and promisingin selecting high-quality stimuli.
