Abstract

As Network and Mobile Computing technologies evolving, the enterprise applications are alsoexpanded to web-based platforms facilitated by these enabling technologies. The progress isfurther propelled by large-scale e-Commerce activities such as B2C (Business-to-Consume)and B2B (Business-to-Business) applications. This paper proposes the use of observations and models of brain development in the early childhood for e-Commerce and WWW growthmodels, particularly for B2C and B2B activities. Biological models enlighten the effectiveness of business cluster models. Based on these models, we propose a configurable and networked architecture and present a cost-effective implementation for supporting businesscollaboration by emerging Internet frameworks and AI technologies such as rule-based systems and neural networks.
