We present SRM-TFRC, a SRM based congestion control scheme for reliable multicast. Based on the feedback mechanism of SRM, it achieves the goal of TCP friendliness using rate-based regulation and taking the approach of TFRC's idea. We propose the strategy ofweighted average to solve the issue of Drop-to-Zero, in which Worst Receiver Set is created to keep track of current worst receivers and the sender's rate is determined by the weighted average of the feedback value of these receivers. SRM-TFRC is implemented on the NS network simulator and the paper presents the simulation results on its performance.
