Abstract

We describe a simple protocol that enhances the communication between end nodes and 驴the network驴. Other than the majority of QoS signaling systems, it achieves scalability by avoiding per-flow state. We also show how it can be used to decrease an adaptive multimedia application's packet loss ratio.
