A method for optimization of Fixed Polarity Reed-Mullerexpressions (FPRM) using the dual polarityproperty has been presented in [7]. In [2], this methodhas been extended to optimization of Kroneckerexpressions by introducing the notion of extended dualpolarity property. In this paper, we propose ageneralization of this method to optimization of Fixedpolarity Galois field (GF) expressions for quaternaryfunctions. The proposed method exploits a simplerelationship between fixed polarity GF expressions fordual polarities.
