The growth of both the computer communication suchas the Internet, and the computational power of computersmakes the multimedia applications possible for commonuse. However, some significant problems are still remainedunsolved, e.g., the efficient use of resources and thedynamic control of applications for satisfying the users'required QoS. To solve these problems, we have proposedan agent-based approach to realize the flexible multimediacommunication based on ADIPS Framework. In this paper,we explain the cooperation protocols used in our flexiblevideoconference system and also demonstrate theflexibility in terms of QoS control achieved by agents'cooperation.
