Abstract

In this paper, we propose a new link adaptation approachfor QoS enhancement in wireless networks.We utilize theKalman 拢lter, which predicts the local optimal frame sizebased on the channel quality varyingbased on the derivedchannel model.We have also presented the simulations andexperimental results.The results show that the performanceof proposed predictor is much better than other predictionmethods like m vingaverage.
