Abstract

In this paper, we suggest a formal framework as a basisfor a generic combination of formal languages. It makesit possible the developer to specify the dynamic part of asystem with a process algebra, and the static part with analgebraic specification language. The framework is basedon a formal kernel composed of an abstract grammar describing the general form of the combination, and a globaloperational semantics giving the meaning of each languagewhich can be built with our framework.
