Abstract

For e-commerce to become successful, web sites must become easy for even first-time users to navigate through, and what is presented on the site must be both current and accurate. The customer or supplier (user) must have confidence that interactions and transactions are secure, and are neither more or less than intended by the user. The organization must have confidence that it can still know its users and be immune from denial of service attacks. To make these situations come to fruition, we will need to enhance our enterprise systems and many of the supporting systems.
