Abstract

This paper presents a new system for parallel inductivelogic search for pharmacophores which can potentiallyaccelerate the chemical evaluation phase of the drugdesign process. This system has been tested on a Beowulfcluster and an IBM SP2 supercomputer with promisingresults.
