Abstract

In this paper we introduce a practical flight couponautomatic processing system for scanning andrecognition. We discuss the coupon classification,character location and binarization. And emphasize ahigh performance character segmentation andrecognition engine, which are proved very effective. Theresults of experiment and commercial running applyingthe system are presented.
