Let Mats×n(Fq) be the linear space of all s × n matrices over the finite field Fq, equipped with the new metric introduced by Rosenbloom and Tsfasman. We determine the full group of weight-preserving linear automorphisms of Mats×n(Fq) with the Rosenbloom-Tsfasman metric.
