Abstract

Workflow is the most popular choice among businessesfor capturing and managing their operational knowledge.The conceptual and technology framework built aroundworkflow in the past decades provides the basis forservice-oriented concepts to be introduced into businessinformation systems. In this paper, we present anextension to traditional workflow that enables Webservices to be composed into business solutions. Themodel proposed is embedded in the DySCo (DynamicService Composer), which is also presented.
