Abstract

This paper presents three principles foralarm analysis to develop early warnings of failure.The concepts are illustrated with real data and experiencedrawn from Comverse Voice Mail systemsinstalled by Telecom service providers worldwide.The case study demonstrates practicality of theapproach and insight to further advance this body ofresearch.
