Abstract

In this paper an object oriented approach is used to visualize a family of enzymes that are widespread in nalure and can be found in many animals and plant species. To achieve this assay, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is utilized to describe accurately and in detail the chemical information. In this survey we intend to provide multiple dimensional access to the inherent information concerning a biochemical process, and as an example the acid phosphatase is chosen.
