Based on the theory of set-valued mapping, a new approach on how to acquire fuzzy-rule sets from the corresponding relations between the group of data on the two universes of discourse is presented. Moreover, some theories and methods on how to adjust fuzzy-rule sets with the change of the group of data are established. Finally, a recurrence theorem of the group of data is also given.
