Abstract

The concept of a description as a descriptive process is explained, in particular, as a process of construction of a program. Based on it, a universal static-dynamic platform is constructed. In this platform, contrary to the set-theoretic platform, dynamic entities dominate over static ones. On this platform, the concepts of universal descriptive logic and a descriptive system are explicated.
