Abstract

Using a natural language in communication with a computer system can greatly facilitate the access to computer services for an average user. This paper presents a model of such communication system based on results of our own research of semantic analysis and sentence generation in Polish language that can be used in a human-computer dialogue.Described here are multi-agent system structures and specified agent functions related to communication based on natural language. Achievability of the proposed system of the virtual market of services and functions intended for agents are also discussed. The plans for the future work and research that aim at constructing a prototype of the system of the multi-agent virtual market of services with the capacity for natural language communication between client and service system are discussed in the conclusion.
