Abstract

We give a Szegö-type theorem for Lp-extremal polynomials with respect to varying measures on |z| = 1. Also, we present a density theorem and a generalization of the main result to closed rectifiable Jordan curves and to |z| = 1 with the possible addition of a finite number of mass points.
