We were commissioned to establish one organisation'spossibility to implement a daily build process. For thispurpose, we have developed a model aiding us inevaluating the organisation's readiness to implement theprocess. In this paper, we present our evaluation modeland the lesson learned from using it when attempting todetermine the organisation's readiness to fully integrate adaily build process with their already extant softwaredevelopment and evolution processes.
