We propose moving objects data model and itsquery language over GML documents. Theconventional query languages about GML have beenstudied with priority given to the integration ofgeographic information, the support of spatialoperations, and etc. However, it lacks the support formoving objects queries. Therefore, in this paper, wepropose the moving objects query language thatsupports moving objects queries for GML documentsby extension of XQuery that is standard XML querylanguage. Also, data model, algebra operation andvarious moving objects operators for the proposedquery language are designed.
