Abstract

This paper introduces a context-aware authorization architecturethat is designed to augment existing network securityprotocols in an Intranet environment. It describes thearchitecture components, the proposed extensions to RBACthat facilitate context-aware access control policy, detailsof the prototyped implementation, and a number of performanceresults.
