In this paper, we propose a personal home server thatmakes it possible to coordinate various home appliances.Since each person has a different personal home server, itallows us to personalize how to use the appliances accordingto his preference.Also, our personal home server candiscover and configure various appliances at any places,such as railroad stations, cars, and streets as well as housesin a seamless way.We show the design and implementationof a personal home server, and discuss the currentdesign and future work.
