Abstract

Measurable properties of B-mode ultrasound images of thyroid gland in subjects with oncological disease, autoimmune thyroid diseases and healthy subjects were compared in this survey. Data from 22 patients with breast cancer or with colorectal cancer, from 65 patients with lymphocytic thyroiditis and 38 control subjects were analyzed.
