Abstract

This paper proposes an innovative environment forpresenting products through the Internet using modernvisualization techniques and providing high level ofinteraction with the user. The environment consists ofthree main modules, namely a) the scene-authoringtool, b) the interactive scene-viewer and c) theassembly-demonstration tool. These modules arebound together with the utilization of a robustontology-based knowledge management system.
