The emergence of Web services represents asignificant advance in the continuing evolution of e-business.In order to fully explore businessopportunities provided by this paradigm, it isimportant to track its utilization. This can be donethrough the use of logging facilities. However, currentWeb logging approaches do not contemplate Webservices utilization. This paper presents a Web serviceslogging architecture based on SOAP intermediariesthat captures comprehensive services usageinformation, which can be explored to improve B2Band B2C transactions by providing feedback oncustomer electronic behavior.
