Web Services following distributed objectcomputing technology like DCOM, CORBA providesremote procedure call mechanism based on XML-basedopen standard such as SOAP, WSDL, andUDDI, and it is spotlighted as means of integrationand collaboration at e-business. Especially, UDDI isthe Web Services Registry enabling to register andsearch Web Services, that takes charge of providinginfrastructure for Web Services. However, the existingUDDI has a few problems that searching process isvery simple and it cannot provide information of WebServices quality and quality-based retrieval.Therefore, this study suggests improved UDDI modelthat evaluates the Web Services quality and use thisinformation for searching.
