This paper argues for a global description, at a conceptual level, of the structure and the behavior of data, and an automatic control of the flow of data in the course of time.It presents an original model to integrate at the conceptual level, data, processes and dynamics in the design of information systems and a set of mechanisms integrated in a processor which provides the synchronized updating of the database.
