A corrected program is presented. Algorithms for misspelled words have been introduced for different kinds of mistakes. The analysis is centered on the structural characteristic of the word in such a way that the program is not confined to a particular language. The Italian language is used as test. The algorithms have been implemented in Fortran and two environments have been realized as applications.
