Conventional software tools that automate or support Requirements Engineering (RE) activities are typically available on traditional desktop-based workstations. The advancing capabilities of mobile devices significantly enhance the scope of automating RE activities. The vision of the proposed research is to design, implement, and evaluate mobile RE tools that automate and support mobile, collaborative requirements acquisition and negotiation activities. This paper describes the pursued research approach and presents results achieved so far.
