Abstract

This paper presents a platform called JASON, which allows owners of mobile devices to discover software applications that can be made available to them spontaneously by the other members of their network. It also permits them to announce the applications they wish to provide to the other people, and provides them with facilities to download remote applications and to run these applications locally in a secure environment.
