Abstract

Among the many effects of Digital Government in recent years, increases in responsiveness and agility of government agencies have been reported. Also, in terms of availability, quality, and sophistication, the gap between information and transaction services in the private sector and in government appears to be narrowing. Mobile applications possibly have the caliber of accelerating this trend. This poster presents a framework, which helps inform and direct the strategic choices when exploring and employing the mobility paradigm in Digital Government.
