Abstract

Our startup company, PoissonIsUs.com, has hired you as a consultant to advise us on solving linear systems of equations. Our business is to solve elliptic partial differential equations in two and three dimensions, but we have limited venture capital funding, so we're starting with a very specific mission: to solve the Poisson equation.
