Abstract

As a new business model, securities on electronic commerce has got great development and played an important role in E-commerce. There are many factors influence the development of securities on electronic commerce. In this paper, the author first depicts the current development condition of securities on E-commerce in China; then analyzes some factors that have influence on the development.
