This article proposes two new mechanisms to allow a fair power consumption in mobile ad-hoc networks using the OLSR routing protocol. The key element of OLSR is the election of special nodes called MPR nodes which are designed to broadcast control packets. We propose to introduce new MPR selection criteria which take into account the energy capacity of nodes. This paper presents some simulation results which highlight the performance of our proposition in comparison to the classical OLSR.
