Abstract

The key to success in designing and implementing software is to determine and incorporate "just enough" design-relevant factors. However, relevant context issues can be ambiguous, resulting in serious design errors. Analysts and designers must make their design thinking and processes more visible to better understand issues and gain a more complete design.
