In Peer-to-Peer (P2P) system, the cooperation by the intermediate nodes is essential for the relaying a message from source peer to destination peer. However, the lack of incentive mechanism is often pushing the peers to behave as selfish and irrational nodes. Therefore, we purpose a model to overcome this problem of cooperation by designing a split message with encryption, and a utility mechanism to assist peer to justify the level of cooperation.
