Abstract

A dynamic model for the processes occurring in complex (technical, social, economic, ecological, and other) systems is designed. It consists of three interacting components: a model for the aim space and operation mechanism of the process (objective model), a model for realizing a process via different scenarios with resource costs (operational model), and a channel for the action of the operational model on the objective model through expert estimates. It is useful in predesign analysis of complex systems.
